Not able to View All programs List
Richard
There is a spate of bogus antimalware at the moment that hides folders/files and you may be a victim.
Check if you have a folder named smtmp in C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Temp. If you have, read about and then run Unhide, scroll down here

Do not delete anything in your Temp folder as this is the likely place that your files have been copied to. If for some reason you cannot run Unhide, scroll down the page a little and make a note of the folders that need to be manually copied back to their
rightful locations.

Hi Team,
I am Using Windows7 64bit OS, It got infected by some Virus. After attacking of Virus, entire my system hard disk files and folders are in hidden mode. However I made changes and lots of troubleshooting, finally i am able to view all files and folders in
normal mode. Now the Problem is i am not able to view any sub folders like ms office-->excell, word power point etc.. showing Empty inside the folder Microsoft office . This problem is not only one folder. Same issue with all folders.
Request you to provide me a solution for this problem.
Thanks & regards
